My name is Elliot Patti and I am a professional chef with 20 years of experience in the culinary industry. I was born and raised in Hawaii, where I developed a passion for food and cooking from an early age. I attended a Private Catholic School for my education, and then pursued a degree in Law before realizing that my true calling was in the kitchen. I switched to a Culinary Program and graduated with honors.

I started my career as a Private Chef for high-profile UHNW clients in Malibu Colony and West Los Angeles, as well as in Europe. I had the opportunity to travel and learn from different cuisines and cultures, and to create personalized menus that catered to the preferences and needs of my clients. I enjoyed the challenge and creativity of working as a Private Chef, but I also wanted to share my skills and knowledge with a wider audience.

That's why I decided to transition to the restaurant industry, where I worked my way up from a dishwasher to an Executive Chef and Culinary Director. I have been involved in the opening and management of several successful restaurants, both in the US and abroad. I have also trained and mentored many aspiring chefs who have gone on to achieve their own goals. I am proud of my accomplishments and contributions to the culinary world, and I am always eager to learn new things and explore new possibilities.
