


My name is Elliot Patti, a professional chef with two decades of culinary experience. Born and raised in Hawaii, my passion for food ignited early on. Initially pursuing a degree in Law after attending a Private Catholic School, I soon realized my true calling lay in the kitchen. I switched to a Culinary Program and graduated with honors.
My journey began as a Private Chef for high-profile UHNW clients in Malibu Colony, West Los Angeles, and Europe. Traveling and learning from diverse cuisines and cultures, I crafted personalized menus tailored to my clients' preferences. The challenge and creativity in this role were immensely fulfilling, yet I yearned to share my skills with a broader audience.
Transitioning to the restaurant industry, I advanced from dishwasher to Executive Chef and Culinary Director. I've been instrumental in opening and managing several successful restaurants both in the US and abroad. Along the way, I've trained and mentored aspiring chefs, helping them achieve their own goals. My contributions to the culinary world fill me with pride, and my eagerness to explore new possibilities remains unwavering.
